Casa Civita is the location where tourism planning development of Bagnoregio’s territory takes place, and since Civita Di Bagnoregio has been listed to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Firm has expanded its interests as far as Bagnoregio’s buffer zone.
The technical office of Casa Civita looks after projects that develop the identity of the territory, following two principles: meaning and simplicity.
The work consists in defined interventions, that through an elaboration phase, are developed into dossiers.
Each dossier explains the designed and declined actions, and it works as helm during the realization of the project .
The activity of the technical office led by the chairman of the Firm, has begun in February 2020. In the first eleven months of its activity, the office has developed projects that are attached to this page. The Office has played an important role in the process for Civita di Bagnoregio candidacy as UNESCO World Heritage Site, looking after the evolution of the logo and every aspect linked with the visual communication.
At the same time the office has studied the territory in depth, giving information and data to both firms: LINKS FOUNDATION and PTS CLASS s.p.a that have drafted the content of the dossier.
The Technical office’s duty consists in following the procedures for UNESCO World Heritage Site candidacy and in fact Casa Civita has been appointed by Regione Lazio and Comune di Bagnoregio as Manager Site of Cultural Landscape of Civita di Bagnoregio. The Firm is called out to follow and coordinate the procedures for the dossier MANAGEMENT PLAN of the candidacy.
