The Society Transparency section, takes its name from the “ New guidelines for the implementation of regulations in matters of prevention of corruption, transparency by societies, and private laws authorities, controlled by public administrations and economic public institutions- Deliberation ANAC n.1134 of the 8th November 2017.
Such section, is in compliance with the transparency of the rule 33/2013 as modified by the regulation 97/2016, “ Reorganization of the discipline regarding the duties of publicity, transparency, and the spread of information by the public administrations”.
The documentation and the published information are reused with the obligation to cite the source and respecting the integrity. The personal data can only be reused by the legislation conditions in force, regarding the reuse of public data, (community directive 2003/98 and regulation 36/2006), suitable with the purposes of which they have been collected and recorded, and respecting the regulations in force and concerning protection and personal data.
